LATE PAYMENT TERMS
-
Payment Due Date
All invoices are due and payable on receipt of the invoice unless otherwise stated. Failure to make payment by the due date will be considered a late payment. -
Interest on Overdue Accounts
Interest at the rate of 2% above Bank of England Base rate per day will be charged on any amounts that remain unpaid 7 days after the due date. -
Suspension of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any ongoing services or projects if payment is not received within 14 days of the original due date. All suspended services will only be resumed once full payment, including any penalties and interest, has been made. -
Debt Collection
If an account remains unpaid, we reserve the right to engage third-party debt collection services. Any costs associated with the collection of unpaid amounts (including legal fees and collection agency fees) will be added to the total amount owed. -
Disputes
If there is a legitimate dispute regarding any charges on an invoice, you must notify us within 2 days from the invoice date. Disputed amounts will be excluded from late payment penalties until the dispute is resolved. The undisputed portion of the invoice remains payable by the due date. -
Termination of Agreement
Continued failure to meet payment deadlines may result in the termination of the agreement or contract. All work will cease immediately, and we will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from termination due to non-payment. -
Payment Methods
Payment must be made via bank transfer. Please ensure that all payments are made on time to avoid unnecessary fees or service interruptions. -
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Late Payment Terms at any time, and such changes will be communicated in writing.
